The OnePlus 13T is scheduled for launch this Thursday, presenting a more compact alternative to the standard OnePlus 13, which was introduced in January. Ahead of its release in China, the company has disclosed key display specifications for the new device. It has been confirmed that the smartphone will utilize a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and feature a substantial 6,260mAh battery. The OnePlus 13T will be available in three color variants and will include a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor.
Display Specifications of the OnePlus 13T
In a post on Weibo, OnePlus highlighted that the upcoming OnePlus 13T will feature a flat 6.32-inch 1.5K OLED display, boasting a resolution of 1,216×2,640 pixels. The screen is designed with a 120Hz refresh rate and a pixel density of 460ppi. It ensures complete DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, along with support for HDR10+, HDR Vivid, and Dolby Vision.
The company asserts that the OnePlus 13T’s display is produced using the first self-developed display science production line among Chinese smartphone manufacturers. The phone will incorporate an “exclusively self-developed” P2 display chip, along with the proprietary “Bright Eye Protection 2.0” technology.
The display will also provide a “sun display” mode to enhance visibility in bright sunlight, as well as features like Rain Touch 2.0 and Glove Touch technologies. Confirmed specifications include the 6,260mAh battery and the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. The device will launch with Android 15, complemented by ColorOS 15.
The dual rear camera arrangement on the OnePlus 13T will consist of a 50-megapixel primary sensor from Sony paired with a secondary 50-megapixel sensor capable of 2x optical zoom and 4x lossless zoom. In terms of connectivity, the device will include a Wi-Fi G1 chip geared toward gaming and will have a lightweight design at just 185g.
This new model will replace the traditional Alert Slider with a Shortcut Key. Color options for the OnePlus 13T will include Cloud Ink Black, Morning Mist Grey, and Powder (pink). The launch event is set to take place in China on April 24 at 2:30 PM local time (12 PM IST).
