The Honor GT Pro was officially introduced in China on Wednesday, featuring cutting-edge technology in its latest smartphone offering. This device is powered by a robust 7,200mAh battery that supports 90W wired fast charging, ensuring quick power boosts for users on the go. The smartphone operates on a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and is available with configurations of up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It also sports a remarkable triple rear camera system, each equipped with 50-megapixel sensors, as well as a front-facing 50-megapixel selfie camera. Additionally, the Honor GT Pro holds an impressive IP68 and IP69 certification, signifying its resistance to water and dust.

The Honor GT Pro is priced at CNY 3,699 (approximately Rs. 43,000) for the model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The model with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage is set at CNY 3,999 (around Rs. 46,000). For those looking for more capacity, the 16GB RAM with 512GB storage is priced at CNY 4,299 (about Rs. 50,000), while the highest configuration of 16GB RAM and 1TB storage comes in at CNY 4,799 (approximately Rs. 56,000).

The phone is now available for purchase in China, with color options including Burning Speed Gold, Ice Crystal, and Phantom Black.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Honor GT Pro runs on MagicOS 9.0, which is built on Android 15. It showcases a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (1,264×2,800 pixels) LTPO OLED display that supports a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, boasts a touch sampling rate of 2,700Hz, has a PWM value of 4,20Hz, and can reach a peak brightness of 6,000 nits. The display features Honor’s Giant Rhino Glass coating and is designed for immersive gaming experiences.

The camera system of the Honor GT Pro comprises three 50-megapixel sensors. The primary camera features a wide-angle 1/1.56-inch sensor with an f/1.95 aperture and optical image stabilization. It is accompanied by a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera equipped with OIS, offering 3x optical and up to 50x digital zoom. For capturing high-quality selfies, the front camera also features a 50-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

Regarding connectivity, the Honor GT Pro includes Bluetooth 5.4, GPS along with Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and NavIC support, as well as NFC, OTG capabilities, Wi-Fi 7, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors featured in the device consist of an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, IR sensor, gravity sensor, gyroscope, X-axis linear motor, and proximity sensor.

The Honor GT Pro is enhanced by a self-developed RF chip, C1+, which improves signal strength. Its durable build is rated for both dust and water resistance. Users will appreciate the 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for secure biometric authentication.

Equipped with a 7,200mAh battery, the smartphone supports 90W wired fast charging. Moreover, it incorporates the company’s proprietary E2 chip to boost energy efficiency. The dimensions of the device are 162.1×75.7×8.58mm, and it weighs approximately 212g.
