Razer has resumed sales of its laptops on its official website after a brief and unexpected interruption.
The U.S. Razer site had recently removed its Blade laptops from direct sales, likely due to the ongoing tariff issues affecting these products, including the latest Blade 16 featuring Nvidia’s 50-series GPUs. During this time, sales continued smoothly in regions like Canada. Despite a week of halted transactions and discussions on platforms like Reddit about Blade 16 preorders being delayed in U.S. Customs, Razer remained silent regarding inquiries from Technology News.
Currently, some configurations of the 2025 Blade 16 are available again for U.S. customers, although not all models have been reinstated on Razer’s online store.
Previously, customers could find both the 2024 Blade 16 models and options for preordering the Blade 18, but these are no longer listed for U.S. consumers.
The 2025 Blade 16 is currently listed for immediate purchase only in the configuration featuring the RTX 5080 GPU. The entry-level RTX 5070 Ti and the flagship RTX 5090 configurations are displayed with “notify me” options instead of immediate availability.
Interestingly, the RTX 5090 configuration is offered with 64GB of RAM and 4TB of storage for $4,899.99, while the review configuration that Razer previously provided for testing, featuring 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage at $4,499.99, is not currently available for purchase.
Additionally, details regarding pricing for the new Razer Adjustable Laptop Stand remain unclear on the U.S. site. However, the Canadian version reveals the stand is priced at $99.99, along with listings for the review configuration of the 5090 Blade 16 and preorders for the Blade 18.
Razer has been contacted for further clarification regarding the current status of its product offerings.
