The launch of the Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G in India is on the horizon, with the company beginning to tease the device across various social media platforms. Teasers for Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G Launch in India

Realme has listed the Narzo 80 Pro 5G on its Indian website with a ‘coming soon’ label, hinting at an imminent release. The device is confirmed to be powered by the newly announced MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, positioning it as one of the first smartphones to adopt this latest technology.

Claimed to be the first smartphone priced under Rs. 20,000 to include the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC, the Narzo 80 Pro 5G is entering a competitive market. Motorola has also announced its upcoming Edge 60 Fusion, which will feature the same chipset, set to launch on April 2.

In performance benchmarks, the Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G reportedly achieved over 780,000 points on AnTuTu. The new chipset boasts an octa-core architecture developed on TSMC’s 4nm process. It includes four Arm Cortex-A78 cores operating at 2.6GHz and four Arm Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz.

Additionally, Amazon has dedicated a special landing page on its website to generate excitement ahead of the Narzo 80 Pro 5G’s launch. Although a specific launch date has not yet been announced, it is anticipated to occur in the upcoming weeks.

According to recent leaks, the Narzo 80 Pro 5G will be offered in configurations of 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. Color options are expected to include nitro orange, racing green, and speed silver.

The Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G will succeed the Narzo 70 Pro, which debuted in March of the previous year at a price of Rs. 18,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model. The Narzo 70 Pro featured a 6.67-inch full-HD+ OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and was powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC. It also came with a triple rear camera system led by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary sensor and housed a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging capability.
