The introduction of the Vivo X200 Ultra is confirmed for April in China, as stated by the company during the 2025 Boao Forum for Asia. However, an exact release date has not been provided. The smartphone is set to showcase “Vivo’s latest advancements in imaging” technology and has earned the designation of the “Official Smartphone of Boao Forum for Asia.”
Alongside the Vivo X200 Ultra, the Vivo X200s variant is also expected to be revealed. While no specifications for the latter model have been shared, Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao hinted at the design of the Vivo X200s in a post on Weibo, suggesting it will share design traits with the other models in the Vivo X200 series.

Boxiao previously provided a glimpse of the rear camera module for the Vivo X200 Ultra, which is anticipated to feature a 200-megapixel Samsung HP9 sensor equipped with an 85mm periscope telephoto lens, along with two 50-megapixel 1/1.28-inch Sony LYT-818 sensors for a 14mm ultra-wide angle and a 35mm lens.
