Realme has revealed the launch date for its latest smartphone models, the Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G and Realme Narzo 80x 5G, which will be available in India. Both devices are set to feature MediaTek Dimensity chipsets and will be sold through Amazon. Price ranges for the new models have also been teased. The Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G and Narzo 80x 5G will succeed last year’s Narzo 70 Pro and Narzo 70x, respectively. Each phone will include a robust 6,000mAh battery, with charging capabilities of up to 80W.

The official launch event for the Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G and Narzo 80x 5G is scheduled for April 9 at 12 PM IST. Dedicated landing pages have been created by both Amazon and Realme India to generate interest for the upcoming smartphones. The Narzo 80 Pro 5G is expected to be priced below Rs. 20,000, while the Narzo 80x will be introduced in the sub-Rs. 13,000 price bracket.
The Narzo 80x 5G will incorporate the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor, while the Narzo 80 Pro 5G will be powered by the newer MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC. Both models will feature the same 6,000mAh battery capacity, with the Pro variant supporting 80W charging and the Narzo 80x offering 45W fast charging options. Users can anticipate around 16.1 hours of Instagram browsing time on a single charge.
The Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G boasts a curved display with peak brightness of 4,500nits, an instant touch sampling rate of 2,500Hz, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and support for 90fps gaming on BGMI. The device will also feature an innovative 6,050mm² VC cooling system and a slim profile of 7.5mm, weighing approximately 179 grams.
Meanwhile, the Narzo 80x 5G is expected to have a display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is designed with a military-grade shockproof build and has received an IP69 certification for resistance to water and dust.
