Preliminary specifications have also surfaced, suggesting the Galaxy A07 will succeed the Samsung Galaxy A06, which was launched in India in September 2024 featuring a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. A 5G variant of the Galaxy A06 made its way to the Indian market earlier this year in February.

The device is expected to be available in green, light blue, and dark blue hues. Its rear panel showcases a vertically aligned pill-shaped camera module positioned in the top left corner, which houses two camera sensors alongside a circular LED flash.
The Galaxy A07 features a display with slim side bezels, a slightly thicker chin, and a centered water-drop notch for the front camera. On the right edge, a button island accommodating the volume rocker and power button is visible.
Powering the Samsung Galaxy A07 is likely to be a 6nm MediaTek Helio G99 processor. The smartphone is expected to run on Android 15 with One UI 7. Users can anticipate approximately six years of major operating system updates and six years of security patches, according to the insider.
