The device is likely to be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2400 chipset and is expected to boast a triple rear camera configuration, led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The Galaxy S25 FE is projected to provide modest enhancements in battery capacity, front camera quality, and chipset performance compared to its predecessor.

According to leaks from Android Headlines, the Galaxy S25 FE is speculated to include a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, featuring a 120Hz refresh rate and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The device is rumored to be equipped with an Exynos 2400 SoC, which is expected to deliver improved performance relative to the Exynos 2400e found in the Galaxy S24 FE.
The upcoming model may offer configurations of 8GB RAM paired with either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. It is said to ship with One UI 8, built on Android 16. The triple rear camera system is likely to include a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an f/1.8 aperture, accompanied by a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens featuring OIS and 3x optical zoom.
