Oppo has announced the upcoming launch of the K13 Turbo series in China, set for July 21. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Oppo, revealed on Weibo that it will introduce the K13 Turbo series on July 21 in China. However, specifics regarding pricing and a global release have not been disclosed. The promotional video included in the announcement offers a sneak peek of what to expect from the new handsets.

The video showcases a distinctive turbo fan with RGB lighting positioned beneath the rear camera, designed to manage heat levels. Additionally, it hints at the inclusion of a heat exhaust mechanism for the fan, indicating that Oppo is likely aiming to attract gaming enthusiasts with these devices.

Oppo K13 Turbo Series Specifications Expected

The device bearing the model number PLE110 was recently listed on Geekbench. According to reports by Fonearena, this model is part of the Oppo K13 Turbo series. In benchmarking tests, it achieved a score of 2176 for single-core performance and 6618 for multi-core performance, and it is said to operate on Android 15, utilizing an ARM ARMv8 octa-core processor paired with 16GB of RAM.

In addition to this information, key specifications for the Oppo K13 Turbo series have surfaced online. The lineup is expected to include two models: the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro and the standard K13 Turbo. Both smartphones are anticipated to feature 6.8-inch LTPS displays with a resolution of 1.5K.

The standard Oppo K13 Turbo is rumored to be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 8450 SoC, while the Pro version may come with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. Each device is expected to incorporate a dual rear camera system, featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor alongside a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. For selfies, both models are likely to include a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
