Samsung is reportedly developing the Galaxy S25 FE, which will serve as the successor to the Galaxy S24 FE. Although the official launch date is still a few months away, initial computer-aided design (CAD) renders of the device have emerged online, showcasing a design that closely resembles its predecessor. The Galaxy S25 FE appears to feature a sleek profile with narrow display bezels.
Renowned tipster OnLeaks (Steve H. McFly) provided CAD renders of the Galaxy S25 FE in collaboration with SammyGuru, offering a glimpse into the new phone’s aesthetics. The anticipated FE version maintains a similar layout to the current Galaxy S24 FE, featuring three vertically aligned rear cameras and a hole-punch design for the display, while also displaying thinner bezels.

Expected Specifications for the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE
The leaks suggest that the Galaxy S25 FE will feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Dimensions are reported to be 161.4 x 76.6 x 7.4mm, indicating that it may be slimmer than the Galaxy S24 FE, which measures 162 x 77.3 x 8mm. For comparison, the standard Galaxy S25 has a thickness of 7.2mm.
Rumors indicate that Samsung will equip the Galaxy S25 FE with either the Exynos 2400 processor or the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC. The front camera is expected to be upgraded to 12 megapixels from the 10-megapixel front-facing camera found in the Galaxy S24 FE. Additionally, it will likely include an 8-megapixel telephoto lens capable of 3x optical zoom. The device is also anticipated to ship with One UI 8 and integrate AI functionalities.
The launch of the Galaxy S25 FE is anticipated for September or early October of this year, coinciding with the expected announcement of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE.
