The Vivo T4 Ultra is set to debut in India on June 11, with the company recently unveiling its design and color options. Along with this announcement, Vivo has shared important specifications related to the smartphone’s display, camera, and chipset.
The device will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ system-on-chip (SoC), and features a 1.5K quad-curved display. In terms of photography capabilities, it will include a triple rear camera system, highlighted by a periscope telephoto shooter. The T4 Ultra will be released alongside the base Vivo T4 5G and the Vivo T4x 5G models.

The Vivo T4 Ultra will incorporate a powerful 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, as confirmed by the official landing page for the device. According to company claims, the T4 Ultra achieved over 2 million points in the AnTuTu benchmark test. Additional details about the phone are available on its Flipkart microsite, where it is also confirmed for purchase through the e-commerce platform, the Vivo e-store, and selected retail outlets.
The rear camera arrangement of the Vivo T4 Ultra will feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary sensor, complete with optical image stabilization (OIS), and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera.
Further enhancing its photographic prowess, the rear setup will house a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera, which supports up to 3x optical zoom, 10x telephoto macro zoom, and an impressive 100x digital zoom. Both OIS and electronic image stabilization (EIS) will be available for improved clarity.
The device’s official landing page also indicates that the Vivo T4 Ultra will boast a quad-curved AMOLED display, featuring a 1.5K resolution and a peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. The smartphone’s dimensions are 7.43mm in thickness and it weighs 192g. It will be equipped with multiple AI-driven features, including AI Note Assist, AI Erase, AI Transcript Assist, AI Call Translation, and Google’s Circle to Search.
