Leaked hands-on images have revealed the device’s design, and details about its retail packaging and specifications have also emerged. This variant is set to complement the existing Pova 7 5G and Pova 7 Ultra 5G models and is expected to take the place of the Tecno Pova 6 Neo 4G, which features a MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate chipset and was not released in India.
Tecno Pova 7 Neo 4G: Design and Expected Features
As reported by Passionategeekz, leaked images of the Tecno Pova 7 Neo 4G unveil a distinctive triangular rear camera module located at the top left corner of the device. This camera area accommodates two cameras along with an LED flash. The images depict the smartphone in a sleek black color.
The Tecno Pova 7 Neo 4G is expected to feature a 6.78-inch Full-HD+ display complemented by a 120Hz refresh rate. It may be powered by a MediaTek Helio G100 chipset, offering configurations with up to 16GB of RAM, including “virtual RAM.” Users can anticipate up to 256GB of internal storage.
This new model is rumored to include Tecno AI capabilities and may come with an IP64 rating, providing protection against dust and splashes. Additionally, it is expected to feature a substantial 7,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging.
Although an official launch date has not been disclosed, sources indicate that the Tecno Pova 7 Neo 4G could be revealed later this month.
It is worth mentioning that the Tecno Pova 6 Neo 4G also offers a MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate SoC, a 6.78-inch 120Hz Full-HD+ display, and the same 7,000mAh battery. A recent report highlighted that the Tecno Pova 7 Neo 4G appeared on the Google Play Console listing, identified by the model number LJ6, and is likely to support 8GB of RAM while running on Android 15.
