The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is rumored to be equipped with 16GB of RAM, representing a 4GB increase over its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Fold 6. On the other hand, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to offer three configurations in terms of RAM and storage, whereas the new FE model is likely to feature 8GB of RAM.
