The Vivo S30 series is scheduled for launch in China later this month. In addition to announcing the official date for the unveiling, the company has disclosed details regarding the design and available color options for the smartphones. Key specifications of the devices have also been confirmed. The series will feature a standard Vivo S30 model along with a Vivo S30 Pro Mini variant. Additionally, Vivo will introduce the Vivo Pad 5 tablet, Vivo TWS Air 3 earphones, and a new power bank equipped with an integrated cable.
Vivo S30 and S30 Pro Mini Set to Launch with Accessories
The Vivo S30 series, which includes the Vivo S30 and the Vivo S30 Pro Mini, will debut in China on May 29 at 7 PM local time (4:30 PM IST), according to a post on Weibo. Pre-reservations for both smartphones are currently available through the official Vivo website and various e-commerce platforms.
The product landing page for the upcoming smartphones highlights that the base Vivo S30 will be available in Coco Black, Lemon Yellow, Mint Green, and Peach Powder color options. This variant will feature a 50-megapixel Sony periscope telephoto camera and is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC.
In contrast, the Vivo S30 Pro Mini will share the same Coco Black, Lemon Yellow, and Mint Green hues, with the addition of a Coolberry Powder option. This model will sport a compact 6.31-inch flat display.
A senior official from Vivo has previously mentioned that the Vivo S30 will feature a larger 6.67-inch flat display, with both devices being equipped with a robust 6,500mAh battery. The company has also announced that both models will utilize “aviation-grade aluminum metal middle frames.”
Furthermore, Vivo confirmed that the Vivo Pad 5 tablet, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, will be launched concurrently with the Vivo S30 series on May 29. Accompanying these devices will be the Vivo TWS Air 3 earphones, which promise an impressive battery life of up to 45 hours. Each earbud weighs approximately 3.6g. Vivo will also introduce a 33W power bank featuring an integrated cable.
Leaked information from tipster Digital Chat Station suggests that the Vivo S30 Pro Mini may be equipped with either a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ or a MediaTek Dimensity 9400e SoC. Additionally, it is rumored to support both wireless and 100W wired fast charging capabilities.
