While official specifications have not yet been disclosed, industry insiders suggest that the device may utilize a slightly modified version of the Dimensity 9300+ chipset. Two variants of the Vivo X200 FE are anticipated to launch, with a potential unveiling in July.

Referring to insights from tipster Yogesh Brar, SmartPrix reports that the Vivo X200 FE may be priced between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 60,000 in India. The anticipated launch is slated for July, and the device could be available in two color choices.

The Vivo X200 FE is expected to feature a 6.31-inch LTPO OLED screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Additional features may include an under-display fingerprint sensor along with an IP68 + IP69 rating for protection against dust and water. The device is projected to weigh approximately 200 grams.
In terms of camera capabilities, the smartphone is likely to be equipped with a triple rear camera setup branded by Zeiss, featuring a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 as the primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 for 3x telephoto capabilities. For selfies and video calls, a 50-megapixel front-facing camera is also expected.
Powering the Vivo X200 FE could be the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, although there is speculation that Vivo may opt for an unannounced binned variant known as the Dimensity 9400e. This smartphone may also come equipped with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) features, including AI seasonal portraits, which have been previously exclusive to the Chinese market. Vivo is reportedly planning to provide three years of operating system updates and four years of security updates for this device.
The battery capacity is predicted to be 6,500mAh, along with support for 90W fast charging technology.
